We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team with food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and general back-of-house duties. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining kitchen hygiene and food quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare ingredients by washing, boiling, peeling, slicing, and organizing as needed *Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation and presentation *Ensure all dishes meet visual and quality standards before serving *Clean and sanitize all kitchen tools, dishes, and work surfaces after use *Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen environment at all times *Refill and organize kitchen inventory and supplies when stock runs low *Support additional kitchen-related tasks or duties as assigned by the team

Qualifications and Requirements

*No previous experience needed—training will be provided *Able to work a 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays *Willing to learn and take initiative in a team environment *Prior experience in kitchen prep or food handling is a bonus *Positive, can-do attitude with good personal hygiene practices
