Sales Coordinator

Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, handling sales inquiries, and providing quotations. This role involves responding to new lead inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and converting prospects into sales following company processes. Additional duties include assisting the Finance Department with payment collections, managing warranty claims, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, handling sales inquiries and providing quotations. Respond to new lead inquiries, generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales following the company's sales procedures. Support the Finance Department with payment collection. Assist with warranty claims. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification in an engineering-related field. Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail and efficiency. Proficient in MS Office applications. Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
