Responsibilities and Duties

*Food Preparation Support: Provide hands-on assistance in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. *Equipment Setup: Prepare all necessary equipment for the cooking process. *Ingredient Management: Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes. *Quality & Consistency: Help maintain high standards in all food preparation and service, ensuring accurate and consistent cooking practices and presentation. *Cleanliness & Organization: Keep all kitchen areas consistently clean, tidy, and well-organized. *Hygiene Adherence: Ensure proper hygiene practices are strictly followed, aligning with Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies. *Cost Control: Take responsibility for controlling costs and actively working to minimize food wastage.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Education: Possess a GCE N Level qualification or higher. *Experience: Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar kitchen role
