SALES MANAGER

Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and market presence. * Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales representatives. * Set performance objectives, monitor team progress, and provide regular feedback. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. * Implement new sales plans and strategies. * Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expense reports to management. * Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Proven experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. * Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. * In-depth knowledge of the industry and a strong business acumen. * Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. * Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including the ability to prepare reports. * Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
