Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards * Manage reservations, seating, and customer flow to maximize turnover * Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service quality * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain performance and teamwork * Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement * Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment * Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively * Build rapport with regular customers to drive loyalty * Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize profitability * Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and staff productivity * Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role * Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency with restaurant management software (POS, reservations, inventory systems) * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
