Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, ensuring exceptional service and fostering a positive guest experience across all dining outlets. You will lead and guide team members, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure that all service staff consistently perform their duties according to established service standards, maintaining a professional appearance. * Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to optimize restaurant service. * Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints with tact and professionalism. * Present and explain daily specials and menu items to guests, enhancing their dining experience. * Collect and relay guest feedback to the Restaurant & Bar Manager for continuous improvement. * Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the Food and Beverage or Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of two years of experience in restaurant service, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. * Basic computer literacy. * Strong communication, coordination, team management, and problem-solving abilities. * Bar experience is a plus.
