Finance Executive (Korean Speaking) - RETAIL

This exciting opportunity seeks a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join their team as a Finance Executive. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting various financial processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow, ensuring smooth financial operations. * Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently. * Review and reconcile vendor statements, monthly journal entries, and audit schedules. * Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting by providing necessary information and documentation. * Identify opportunities to improve internal financial processes and implement necessary changes. * Participate in special projects as assigned by the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Business-level Korean and English for daily communication with headquarters in Korea. * Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities. Ability to handle pressure and maintain emotional resilience.
