Responsibilities and Duties

*Set and communicate clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the team *Organize and monitor day-to-day workflow by delegating tasks and planning work schedules *Lead by example — mentor, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity and morale *Identify and address inefficiencies in daily operations, proposing practical solutions *Uphold and enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies *Ensure team alignment with overall business goals and quality expectations *Step in to support the team during busy periods or staff shortages when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, ideally in a fast-paced setting *Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team with confidence *Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities *Self-driven, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to make effective decisions *Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle pressure *Physically fit and willing to stand for extended periods *Must be available to work weekends and public holidays, with flexibility for longer hours when needed
