Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

・Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. ・Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests. ・Serve food and beverages promptly and with a focus on presentation. ・Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new customers. ・Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. ・Assist in keeping inventory stocked and organized. ・Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

・Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. ・Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. ・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. ・Team player with a positive attitude.
