Responsibilities and Duties

* Follow the direction of the senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. * Prepare ingredients and sauces according to established recipes. * Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels at your assigned cooking station. * Prepare specific menu items and ensure a fresh supply of produce for daily service. * Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and food handling standards. * Manage stock rotation to ensure ingredient freshness. * Assist with inventory management, including stock taking and ordering. * Participate in skill-development activities and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment as a line cook or similar role. * A valid food safety and hygiene certification. (Training can be provided if needed) * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * A genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.
