Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist in overseeing daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures - Provide professional customer service at the counter and on the floor - Support and motivate front-of-house staff to uphold service standards - Help manage in-store displays and maintain proper presentation of cakes and products - Monitor café and retail inventory; assist with stock-taking and reordering - Handle customer enquiries and support service recovery - Maintain café cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards - Assist with order fulfilment, packing, and coordination with the kitchen team - Learn and support administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and daily reports

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Customer-oriented with a positive, hands-on attitude - Interest in progressing into a leadership or management role
