Responsibilities and Duties

* Verify the freshness and quality of all food items and ingredients. * Oversee and coordinate the tasks of cooks and other kitchen preparation staff. * Develop innovative recipes and determine appealing food presentation styles. * Plan menus, ensuring consistent portion sizes and superior meal quality. * Regularly inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to maintain cleanliness and proper functionality. * Manage and direct the entire food preparation process and related kitchen activities. * Create diverse and high-quality menus, incorporating both new and existing culinary concepts. * Approve and refine dishes to ensure they meet our standards before serving to customers. * Strategically plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients based on identified needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated and substantial experience as a chef, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years. * Exceptional and verifiable expertise in managing kitchen operations effectively. * Proven ability to delegate responsibilities and monitor progress efficiently. * Excellent communication and strong leadership capabilities. * Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen workflows.
