Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in preparing dishes in accordance with provided recipes, guidelines, and plating standards *Cook and assemble meals across various kitchen sections as instructed by the chef *Ensure timely and consistent presentation of food items *Maintain accurate stock levels and support kitchen inventory management *Keep your work area tidy and well-organized to ensure efficient food service *Monitor food quality, ensuring all items meet taste and temperature standards *Implement proper portion control to minimize food waste and spoilage *Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar F&B role *Preferably holds a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one) *Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays *Strong teamwork and communication skills *Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to grow in a culinary setting
