Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. *Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. *Train, coach, and mentor staff, particularly new hires, on operational procedures and service excellence. *Monitor grooming, hygiene, and service standards to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. *Ensure all kitchen and service equipment is properly maintained and complies with SFA and safety regulations. *Collaborate with upper management on supply procurement, cost control, floor operations, and staffing needs. *Contribute to the development and execution of business expansion initiatives and service improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements
