Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the data center sector. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable history of selling products or services to data center owners or operators. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market share within the data center sector in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. * Identify and target prospective customers, including data center owners, operators, tenants, and other relevant stakeholders. * Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. * Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and securing contracts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions effectively address customer needs and expectations. * Achieve or surpass established sales targets and revenue growth objectives. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions. * Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. * More than five years of sales experience, with a specific focus on selling to data center owners or operators. * Solid understanding of the data center industry and its key players. * Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
