Description

This role involves leading and supporting a restaurant team, ensuring efficient daily operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The individual will contribute to the overall success of the establishment by managing operational tasks, developing staff, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. * Ensure timely and efficient service, presenting a positive image of both themselves and the establishment. * Verify that all opening and closing duties are completed accurately and on schedule. * Provide support, encouragement, and assistance to team members in their daily tasks. * Prioritize coaching and development, offering continuous training and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness. * Monitor staff performance to identify training needs and potential for career advancement. * Oversee various aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory control, food and beverage service, cash handling, and managing complimentary items or voided transactions. * Assist the Operations Manager with team deployment, optimizing food and drink flow, ensuring proper service sequencing, and promptly addressing service disruptions or customer complaints across all shifts. * Take ownership of overall store operations. * Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful recommendations. * Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills. * Commitment to providing efficient and high-quality customer service. * Experience in coaching and developing team members. * Familiarity with monitoring restaurant operations, including inventory and cash management. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address service disruptions and customer complaints. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
