Sales Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and flexible Internal Sales Executive to assist and collaborate with the Sales team in daily operations, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and ensuring the timely distribution of relevant information and correspondence.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Respond to incoming inquiries, providing customers with quotations and necessary support. * Assist with Sales & Marketing efforts both locally and internationally. * Manage order planning and forecasting. * Coordinate between the factory and customers to ensure smooth operations. * Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing order updates when required. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Sales & Marketing Department. * Handle customer orders, deliveries, and billing. * Ensure timely payment collection. * Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department. * Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Able to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive, responsible, and demonstrate a positive working attitude. * Applicants available to start immediately will have an advantage.
