Description

A well-established food and beverage group is seeking part-time Service Crew members to provide quality service in a casual dining environment. The role includes customer interaction, order-taking, serving, and maintaining outlet standards. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome customers * Attend to customer needs and requests in a friendly manner * Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages * Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of dining areas * Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate * Perform cashiering duties * Carry out opening and closing duties of the restaurant * Manage assigned tables of customers confidently * Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly * Support general outlet operations and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* GCE O Level or equivalent * 0–2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service (training provided) * Positive attitude with willingness to learn * Good communication and teamwork skills * Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
