At Fish Mart Sakuraya, one can enjoy fresh sashimi and sushi that is prepared on the spot using fresh fish air-flown from Japan. This has allowed us to gain popularity among our local and Japanese customers since the opening of our first restaurant in 1999.

Responsibilities and Duties

・Assist chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating. ・Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of chef. ・Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly. ・Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
