Sales Consultant

Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sharing information about our services, sales, and discounts with businesses and organizations. Key duties include addressing customer inquiries, managing and expanding the sales pipeline, following up on leads, and conducting cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide businesses and organizations with information about our services, sales, and discounts. * Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly. * Manage and grow your personal sales pipeline. * Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to drive conversions. * Conduct cold calls and engage in face-to-face meetings with clients. * Perform other tasks as required to support sales objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess GCE N/O Level Certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience * Fluence in English and Mandarin language (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers) * Strong sales orientation. * Excellent communication skills. * Comfortable making outbound calls. * Available to start immediately.
