Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards. - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. - Ensure workstation cleanliness and compliance with health and sanitation regulations. - Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service. - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent qualification. - At least 1 year of experience in western cuisine preparation. - Ability to work weekends and public holidays. - Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices. - Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
