- Prepare ingredients and components for service (vegetables, meats, sauces, etc.) - Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team - Follow instructions from Executive or Sous Chef and ensure efficient workflow - Maintain cleanliness of station and manage leftover food properly - Stock and rotate inventory as required - Ensure high quality, consistency, and timely delivery of dishes - Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards - Foster a positive and professional working environment with colleagues and guests
