Responsibilities and Duties

* Kitchen Leadership: Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, leading and mentoring the team to continuously improve. * Operational Excellence: Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality and ensure smooth, timely service. * Cost & Inventory Management: Take charge of inventory and cost control, ensuring responsible management without compromising on quality. * Team Collaboration: Foster professional communication and teamwork with the front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. * Hygiene & Organization: Ensure the kitchen space is always organized, efficient, and clean, with a strong understanding of food safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a culinary role, with a strong emphasis on kitchen leadership and discipline. * Exceptional precision and consistency in food preparation and execution. * Strong kitchen instincts—knowing when to lead and when to support. * A deep understanding of food safety that extends beyond basic checklists. * A genuine commitment to the culinary craft and a desire to continuously improve.
