Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure a top-tier dining experience for every guest. You will oversee the overall appearance and operation of the restaurant, provide leadership to the service team, and play an active role in maintaining service excellence and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Ensure the restaurant's ambiance, cleanliness, and table settings meet the highest standards at all times. *Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring they are properly trained and familiar with the menu and daily specials. *Take a proactive approach in leading shifts and upholding service quality and guest satisfaction. *Assist in meeting revenue and performance goals through team coordination and operational efficiency. *Greet guests, present menus, offer suggestions, and answer any questions about food and beverages. *Help set up tables and ensure the dining area is organized, tidy, and welcoming. *Serve food and beverages when needed, and step in to support staff during peak hours. *Follow directions from senior management and assist with daily operations or delegated tasks. *Participate in cleaning and end-of-day duties as part of team contribution.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Relevant qualifications and prior experience in a restaurant supervisory role. *Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. *Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build rapport across levels. *Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. *Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
