Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes. - Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards. - Ensure the safe and proper use of all kitchen equipment at all times. - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation and strictly abide by all health and sanitation regulations. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent is required. - Preferably 1 year of working experience in Western cuisine. - Ability to work on weekends and public holidays. - A team player with a strong focus on quality and cleanliness.
