The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets for marble, tiles, and bathware products. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and company objectives, while forging strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals. The role involves negotiating contracts, securing new agreements, and ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Meet and exceed sales targets for marble, tiles, and bathware products. Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with market trends and company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, such as architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals. Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and assess customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Tertiary education or higher in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. Demonstrated success and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
