We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Team Lead to support our Operations Manager in overseeing daily kitchen and service operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, manage inventory, support training efforts, and ensure the smooth execution of food preparation—including both hot and cold beverages and a variety of Chinese dishes. Responsibilities and Duties

*Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create and adapt menus for various occasions and events *Provide guidance and coaching to team members, fostering a supportive work environment *Deliver hands-on training for new staff and ensure they meet operational standards *Oversee food and beverage inventory, generate stock reports, and ensure timely ordering of supplies *Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, maintaining consistency and quality *Identify inefficiencies in operations and recommend practical improvements *Take initiative in upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times *Develop and implement standard operating procedures and departmental policies *Monitor team performance and contribute ideas to improve service quality and output *Help meet and stabilize sales targets set by the management *Be flexible and ready to work shifts, weekends, and cover duties as needed *Be hands-on when necessary—cooking, beverage prep, and cleaning tasks included *Confidently prepare various types of Chinese cuisine according to menu requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role *Certified in Basic Food Hygiene or holds a Food Hygiene Officer Certificate *Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities *Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills *Comfortable using digital systems or POS software for inventory or reporting *Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, shifts, and overtime
