Sales Manager

Description

The Sales Manager builds and maintains client relationships, generates new sales opportunities, and adapts strategies based on market trends. Key responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, providing after-sales support, addressing complaints, and negotiating agreements. The role also involves monitoring payments, maintaining sales records, and updating management reports. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients through regular visits and clear communication. Develop key business connections to create new sales opportunities. Track market trends and sales forecasts to adjust strategies accordingly. Present compelling sales pitches to persuade potential clients. Strengthen customer loyalty by providing exceptional after-sales service. Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation. Negotiate contracts, oversee payments, and maintain detailed sales records. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or a related field. Have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the marine, offshore heavy equipment, and crane industry. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth and possess leadership capabilities. Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment. Possession of a car and valid Class 3 driver's license is preferred.
