Are you a talented and passionate Pastry Chef looking for a challenging new role? We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our commercial kitchen team. Responsibilities and Duties

* Production Oversight: Supervise and ensure all meals are produced according to menu specifications, production schedules, and menu cycles. * Operational Leadership: Plan and make decisions to produce meals according to client requests, especially in the absence of the Sous Chef. * Inventory & Control: Place orders based on load requirements and follow proper stock control and rotation, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. * Compliance: Ensure all production staff adhere to HACCP, Medifood safety requirements, and all hygiene procedures. * Team Management: Assist in planning rosters and deploying staff as requested. * Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the performance of machines and equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen setting. * Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements. * Excellent decision-making, planning, and organizational skills. * Ability to supervise a team effectively.
