Restaurant Manager

Description

This position involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. You'll be responsible for taking orders, managing a team of servers, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Customer Service and Order Management: - Take reservations and understand customer visit purposes. - Present menus and inform customers of promotions, specials, and menu items. - Take food and beverage orders, confirming orders with guests, and providing estimated service times. - Use the Point-of-Sale system to accurately enter orders. - Process payments and promptly check bills. - Handle cashier payment issues. - Team Leadership and Supervision: - Supervise a team of servers during your shift. - Operational Duties: - Check food and beverage inventory and stock regularly and accurately. - Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures. - Assist the assistant general manager in planning and organizing special events. - Hygiene and Compliance: - Adhere to hygiene and safety standards. - Follow the company's standard operating procedures. - Problem Resolution: - Escalate customer complaints to the duty manager when unable to resolve them. - Additional Duties: - Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.
