Deputy Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong passion for motion control and robotics. In this role, you will lead a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Report to the Senior Business Development Manager and provide strategic guidance on sales plans and activities. * Lead the sales team to achieve established sales targets. * Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing opportunities and sales plans. * Analyze and identify current market trends to effectively address evolving customer demands. * Oversee the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team. * Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to management. * Identify and capitalize on emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competitive landscapes. * Develop and manage overseas customer accounts. * Undertake overseas business travel as required. * Prepare technical presentations to effectively communicate the company's product offerings to customers. * Discuss technical requirements with customers and engineers. * Generate sales leads, follow up on initial contacts, secure orders, negotiate prices, and close sales. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's technical products.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. * Strong technical and problem-solving abilities. * Successful track record as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Proven ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels within an organization. * Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from initial planning to successful closure. * Strong business acumen and industry expertise. * Proven people management skills. * Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with the Taiwan headquarters. * Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency is required.
