Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, train, and effectively manage all front-of-house staff, including bartenders and servers. * Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control. * Be responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate supplies. * Implement initiatives to promote the venue and encourage team participation in promotional activities. * Ensure all operations adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards and relevant regulations. * Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing team performance and efficiency. * Explore and cultivate opportunities to increase revenue, such as talent acquisition and promotional campaigns.
