Description
A Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning seafood noodle and porridge restaurant from Malaysia is expanding into Singapore. We are seeking passionate Assistant Chefs to join the inaugural team. Responsibilities and Duties
* Support Head and Sous Chefs in managing daily kitchen operations * Oversee kitchen opening and closing duties * Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control wastage * Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of seafood ingredients * Maintain high standards of food preparation, plating, and hygiene * Foster a positive, efficient, and organised kitchen environment * Assist in resolving food-related customer feedback promptly
Qualifications and Requirements
* Food Safety Certificate (Level 1 required; Level 3 preferred) * At least 5 years in F\&B industry with 3 years in a similar role * Strong culinary skills, preferably with seafood expertise * Familiarity with SFA, NEA, and WSH guidelines * Positive team player with strong organisational and communication skills
