Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise daily kitchen operations and food preparation. * Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage. * Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house. * Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues. * Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to kitchen staff. * Assist in menu development and implement quality control measures. * Conduct staff briefings, appraisals, and support professional growth. * Manage staff schedules, recruitment, and compliance with workplace safety. * Minimize wastage and monitor portion control.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques. * Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. * Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
