Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the chefs in daily food preparation and cooking tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly handled. * Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. * Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols. * Help with receiving and storing deliveries of ingredients and supplies. * Perform basic kitchen tasks such as washing dishes and utensils. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Open to individuals with or without prior kitchen experience. * Ability to work 12-hour shifts. * Availability to start work immediately or with a short notice period is preferred. * Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training. * Good physical stamina and fitness are advantageous. * A positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Able to work 2 days off a month.
