Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversees the generation of new sales leads through various channels, project initiatives, and product development and management. * Develops and implements strategies to achieve and surpass business unit growth objectives. * Collaborates across multiple Business Units and Teams to support growth initiatives and optimize processes. * Identifies new revenue opportunities to enhance business performance. * Conducts business case analysis and market segment assessments. * Builds and nurtures business relationships with existing and potential partners. * Plans and executes networking events aimed at attracting and retaining customers. * Maintains and updates all business development documentation. * Assists with marketing and promotional projects to drive engagement. * Works closely with management on sales objectives and product development initiatives. * Provides support to the team with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Executive or in a comparable role. * Strong sales aptitude with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Capable of prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and managing time efficiently. * Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
