Responsibilities and Duties

*Full cafe management including cleanliness, staff scheduling, and motivating the team *Lead and inspire the team as a strong leader *Achieve weekly sales targets and manage menu planning *Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales *Maintain high standards of service and operations *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and scheduling

Qualifications and Requirements

Singaporean only *Fluent in English and Chinese *Strong leadership and organizational skills *Ability to work long hours and weekends *Ready for a walk-in interview

Working Condition

Working hours

6 days a week (including Friday, Saturday & Sunday), 12 hours daily, including overtime, 1 weekday off.
