Responsibilities and Duties

- Food Preparation and Cooking: - Assist in preparing food according to established recipes, procedures, and visual guides. - Prepare and cook food in various kitchen areas as directed by the culinary team. - Ensure timely and consistent delivery of food items, maintaining high standards of presentation. - Operational Efficiency: - Coordinate food production, stock management, and quality control. - Maintain an organized workstation to ensure efficient meal preparation and a clean work environment. - Quality Assurance: - Consistently check the quality of prepared food, focusing on taste and temperature, to meet our company's standards. - Implement portion control measures to minimize spoilage and waste. - Hygiene and Sanitation: - Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, workstations, and overall environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food preparation role. - Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred. - Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - A motivated team player with strong communication skills. - Must be a Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Long-Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holder.
