Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on daily tasks. * Manage and organize all food preparation and related activities within the assigned kitchen area. * Oversee the daily operational flow of the specific kitchen section. * Prepare all menu items according to the establishment's standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain the highest levels of food production and presentation, adhering strictly to performance guidelines and recipes. * Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, health, and safety within the kitchen. * Ensure strict adherence to all established portion control measures. * Participate in the monthly inventory counts for the restaurant. * Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming. * Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment. * Willingness and ability to work split shifts as required.
