Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle food and beverage orders, serving guests efficiently. - Assist team members in restaurant preparation and setup. - Ensure all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected. - Attend to guest requests and deliver personalized service. - Knowledgeable in upselling, menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation. - Support Restaurant Manager in achieving goals and Key Performance Objectives. - Adapt service style to different types of guests and clientele. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

- Hardworking, motivated, team player with passion for food, beverage, and service. - Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance. - Prior exposure to leadership training programs preferred. - Combination of practical experience and education may be considered.
