Service Crew (Western / Japanese Cuisine)

Description

A food and beverage group is hiring Part-Time Service Crew to support daily operations across multiple outlets. This role includes customer service, order-taking, food service, and maintaining outlet standards. On-the-job training will be provided. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner * Attend to customer needs and requests with efficiency and courtesy * Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables promptly * Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction * Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate * Perform daily opening and closing duties * Handle cashiering transactions accurately * Manage assigned table sections with confidence and professionalism * Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

* GCE O Level and above * 0–2 years of related experience in F&B preferred but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude with willingness to learn * Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
