Description

The Sales Management Assistant will play a key role in supporting our sales team, contributing to the successful closure of deals. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual who can streamline the sales process, enhance client engagement, and assist the team in meeting ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Deal Facilitation and Closing Support: Assist throughout the sales process, focusing on activities that streamline and expedite deal closures. * Sales Proposal and Contract Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine proposals, presentations, and contracts to facilitate efficient deal closure. * Follow-Up on Sales Leads: Actively follow up with potential clients and qualified leads to increase engagement, address inquiries, and move prospects through the sales pipeline. * Sales Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to optimize closing strategies, contributing to the refinement of approaches for successful outcomes. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure all client interactions are aligned with sales goals and contribute to successful deal closures. * Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings to address questions, resolve objections, and enhance the overall client experience. * Sales Events and Campaigns: Assist in organizing and executing targeted sales events, campaigns, and webinars to generate interest and drive conversions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focused on delivering a customer-centric experience. * Proactive with a strong drive to support and contribute to the success of the team
