Marketing Manager

Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the complete order cycle, from initial processing to final delivery and post-sales follow-up. This includes managing orders, preparing shipping documentation, addressing customer issues, tracking returned items, handling outstanding payments, and ensuring accurate stock levels. The role also requires general administrative tasks and collaboration with various internal teams and external partners. Effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and numerical proficiency are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to confirm that all customer order specifications are met. * Work with production facility planners to synchronize customer orders with production timelines and delivery schedules. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, branch customer service representatives, and sales teams to facilitate seamless order processing and fulfillment. * Accurately and efficiently input daily orders into the relevant systems. * Coordinate with delivery drivers and freight forwarding companies to manage all aspects of shipping and delivery logistics. * Work closely with packing personnel at the production facility to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of shipments. * Arrange transportation for shipments and prepare all necessary shipping documentation. * Address and resolve customer issues related to rejected goods or returned merchandise. * Create customer complaint reports and manage the process of replacements or refunds as necessary. * Monitor and track the return of specific packaging materials from customers. * Manage and follow up on outstanding monthly payments to ensure timely collection of receivables. * Monitor and control inventory holding periods and perform monthly stock reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records. * Liaise between different branches of the organization regarding credit applications and renewals. * Perform various administrative duties, including electronic filing and generating reports as required. * Execute any other related tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills to foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Competence in basic mathematics and price calculations for accurate order processing and pricing. * Ability to communicate in Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with production facilities. * High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. * Previous experience in a comparable role involving order processing, shipping, and customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with relevant software applications, including order management systems and standard office productivity tools. * Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
