Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and Italian dishes following established recipes and standards. - Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all menu items. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with SFA guidelines. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Work evening straight shifts within a 6-day work week schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; prior experience in Western or Italian cuisine preferred. - Strong passion for culinary excellence and teamwork. - Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. - Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
