Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications - Maintain highest quality and consistency in food standards - Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment at all times - Maintain cleanliness of workstation and comply with health and sanitation regulations - Perform ad-hoc duties based on operational needs

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent - Minimum 1 year experience in Western cuisine (preferred) - Able to work on weekends and public holidays

5.5 days rostered work week, 44 hours per week, Split shift required (3pm–6pm break)
