Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications - Maintain high quality and consistent product standards - Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation - Strictly follow health and sanitation regulations - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent - At least 1 year of working experience in Western cuisine preferred - Able to work weekends and public holidays

5.5 days rostered work week, 44 hours per week, Split shift (kitchen closes 3pm–6pm)
