We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities and Duties

*Set up cooking stations with ingredients, tools, and necessary kitchen supplies before service begins *Prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and sauces in line with recipe requirements *Work closely with the team to cook dishes in a timely and coordinated manner *Follow the directions of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef precisely *Clean and sanitize your workstation throughout and after your shift *Properly store leftover ingredients and cooked items in line with food safety standards *Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients and supplies as needed *Ensure that dishes are consistently served hot, fresh, and visually appealing *Adhere to all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations *Foster a respectful, professional, and collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen
