Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards are consistently met * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences * Handle manpower planning, rostering, and staff performance evaluations * Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance * Engage with customers, manage feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction * Support marketing and promotional activities to grow business performance * Recommend wine pairings and ensure premium dining service standards

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of experience in Western restaurants, including at least 5 years as Assistant Manager or above * Strong knowledge of Western restaurant service standards and workflows * Good wine knowledge with ability to recommend pairings * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills * Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
