SALES MANAGER

Description

This position focuses on setting sales goals, implementing strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. This encompasses forecasting sales, creating sales strategies, monitoring market dynamics, and ensuring the sales team operates at a high professional level.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Establish sales targets by projecting sales figures and developing annual quotas for various geographic areas. - Estimate anticipated sales volume and profit margins for current and new product offerings. - Implement nationwide sales initiatives by creating actionable plans for the field sales force. - Maintain sales volume, product assortment, and pricing by staying informed about market supply and demand, evolving trends, economic data, and competitor actions. - Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge through participation in training workshops, review of industry publications, development of professional contacts, and involvement in relevant industry associations. - Support overall team performance by completing related tasks as required. - Create plans to ensure the successful achievement of both team and individual goals, aligning with organizational sales policies and strategies. - Lead, develop, coach, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring the attainment of monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. - Guarantee target achievement through effective team leadership, performance evaluations, reward programs, and individual acknowledgement.
