Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally * Take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously * Assist customers with menu choices and provide recommendations * Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained during service * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback positively * Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas * Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times * Process payments via POS system (cash/credit) * Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations * Restock and replenish service items * Perform opening and closing duties as assigned * Carry out other ad-hoc duties from management

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred (but not required) * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Passion for working in F&B industry * Able to work weekends and public holidays * Comfortable*
